SHIPPING

 

All original artworks are shipped in a flat box or in a tube. The exterior packaging material is hard cardboard. Inside, the artwork is wrapped in soft paper tissue. When necessary, foamboard and/or air-bubble sheets are added for an optimal protection. Parcels are sent by the Portuguese postal service (CTT) and a tracking number is provided.

The price of shipping is determined by your location and the size and weight of the purchased item.

DOMESTIC ORDERS (PORTUGAL)

 

For all orders within Portugal, please allow 5 to 10 business days for delivery. An email will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped, which should be within 72 hours.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

 

For all international orders, please allow 10 to 15 business days for delivery. An email will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped, which should be within 72 hours.

 

In the case where we are unable to post an order within 72 hours, the delay will be mentioned and you will be contacted by email.

 

IMPORT CHARGES

 

Customs duties and taxes are charged upon delivery. We do not have any control on eventual additional charges that may occur once the package has reached its destination. Please note that we do not offer any refund on these fees.

Please contact your local post office if you would like to know more about these fees in your country before you place an order.

 

 

SHIPPING DAMAGE

 

Original unique artworks are impossible to replace. We pack all artworks with care to assure that it does not arrive damaged at destination. However, in the unlikely event that it does, please contact us within 5 days at oficina.atelier.galeria@gmail.com with clear pictures of the damage.

We access damages on a case-by-case basis and we may proceed to a refund or an exchange, depending on the situation and your wishes. If the artwork needs to be sent back, we are not responsible for the shipping costs.

 

LOST IN MAIL

Whilst every care is taken when shipping the artworks, post sometimes gets lost or delayed. If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us at oficina.atelier.galeria@gmail.com and we will try our best to locate your order.

 

COPYRIGHTS

​

Please note that all copyrights remain with the artist. Therefore, purchasing an original artwork doesn’t allow you to use it for commercial, promotional purposes, or exploit it in any way. If you would like to license an artwork, please contact us with details about your project.​​

RETURN POLICY

 

  • We deal with a return on a case-by-case basis. If the original artwork that you ordered doesn’t meet your expectations, you must contact us at oficina.atelier.galeria@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving it so we can discuss how to rectify the issues.

 

  • We try to display all artworks as faithfully as possible on our online gallery, however, If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to refund it once it has been returned. Again, please contact us within 5 days to inform us of your decision.

 

  • You have 15 days to ship back the unwanted item, including the 5 days period mentioned above.

  •  

  • Email us with clear pictures of the item before repackaging it. You must return the artwork in its original condition, so please pack it with care. If the item is damaged upon return, we reserve the right to deduct the loss of value from the refund of the item.

  • We do not refund shipping fees, transfer fees from PayPal or other payment method fees.

​

  • Unless agreed differently, returns post fees are your responsibility and we will not be hold responsible for lost or damaged return items.

 

  • If the Item is returned from abroad (outside of Portugal) please mention “return goods” on the import declaration to avoid fees​
